UPDATE 03/05/13
So after a month i contacted the deviantart help desk telling them that there is a thief that we brought to your attention and you did nothing ,why is that? This is there official answer
"We appreciate that you have brought this to our attention, deviantART customer service can only accept claims of infringement which meet the requirements under the law which means they must be filed with us by the actual copyright owner of the infringed work or by their legally authorized representative. Since you are not the owner or an authorized representative we cannot act on your ticket, so we will be marking it as "Solved" to clear it from the queue even though the issue really hasn't been addressed.
It would be best if you could contact and inform the actual copyright owner(s) so that they can file a valid claim with us if they so choose.
While you cannot file a valid claim of copyright infringement in this particular case, as a member of deviantART you are able to use the Moderation system which can be accessed by clicking the 'Report Deviation' link found on every deviation page in order to point out to our staff that there may be permissions issues with certain deviations, but please understand that these Moderation reports will not be treated as a valid claim of infringement and will not receive the same type of response or attention."
Have in mind that one of the stolen deviations was mine but NO ONE was bothered to look ,so i suppose there is a tolerance towards thiefs in this site..Disappointing to say the least..

Uploading unedited and unpublished photos
Since i started shooting i was quite picky with the photos i uploaded here and other social media, meaning that from a photo shooting of 1000 clicks there would be 100-200 well taken photos and i would upload 2-10 of them.So as you may have noticed i am uploading old photoshootings with extra photos available for purchase for those who would like to see more of a particular photoshoot with the model they like or just simply support my work.
I would like to thank the people that already bought my work, since i can't do that in person because Deviantart doesn't show me who buys it.
Photoshooting video 2
Some more samples for my tries to shoot videos that show the mood of the photoshooting.Again watch them and let me know what you think

Have photographers abandoned Deviantart?
Deviantart was for me a turning point in my career as a photographer. It was the first site i signed in to share my photographs and watch other photographs for inspiration.I would go to the popular section in search of inspiration and most of the photographs back then where outstanding.
Now days it gets harder and harder to see nice photographs in the popular section. For example right now in the popular for 8 hours the top 10 photos, 6/10 are either artist nude or cosplay .And that isn't something happens just now.For the last year this is the normal here.
Don't get me wrong i like artistic nude if it is artistic and not just a girl with leg

Sad. In the eighties I had a lot of images on advertisers indexes. That was back in the days of film and I was making some extra money from it. It was really sad when I started seeing pictures I had taken showing up and no credit, or money coming to me. It was the beginning of the digital age were images could be stolen at the click of a mouse and now today absolutely nothing is safe on the internet. I guess it just the sign of the times but I still like to know who takes the pictures I look at on calendars, in adds and especially in studios. The artist deserves the credit for his/her work.
